Subject: Experience System
The Dungeon Master Team is beta-testing a new system for granting experience. Rather than 50xp/level/day earned by PCs on adventures, it will be 50xp/average group level/day earned.
We feel this will offer a higher reward for lower level PCs who're placed in a more dangerous situation than higher levels who have less to fear. (And set a curve to where higher level PCs do not maintain their lead unreachably upon everyone else.
Please note that this change only affects adventures with combat, and that roleplaying and minor scenes still operate on the same system.

Subject: Allowed Classes
To assist with new players, and players who simply don't know, the following classes are available for unrestrictred use:
Adept, Aristocrat, Barbarian, Bard, Beguiler, Cleric, Commoner, Druid, Duskblade (Elf or Half-Elf only), Expert, Fighter, Monk, Paladin, Ranger, Rogue, Sorcerer, Swashbuckler, Warrior, Wizard
And the following classes have restricted slots and/or require backgrounds submitted to play:
Hexblade, Psion, Psychic Warrior, Soulknife, Wilder, Warlock

Subject: The Council of Doltanbran strikes back
The Insurrection has been quelched and after 30 days normalcy has returned in the streets of Doltanbran. The Watch has hanged several Insurrectionists in the market square but many others have fled to Terias with the help of the city folk...
