Obscene Language

This covers unnecessary swearing, racist and derogatory comments. A certain amount of IC talk is acceptable but continuous usage is not.

Metagaming

This covers the use of OOC information in the IC environment, and includes OOC knowledge of spells, monsters, plots, etc... In other words, having your character act using knowledge you have but your character does not have. Metagaming will not be tolerated.

Banning

If you are banned, it means that you will not be able to access the chat and your characters will be deleted. To avoid this, please follow the rules of the chat and be courteous to the DM's and your fellow players.

Legal Characters

These are characters approved by the DMs and are created according to the rules used on Exodus Chat. The character name can not be offending in anyway. Also the name can't be a name from any book, movie, etc... or be used by someone else. Please ensure that your character is original and not a copy of an established work of fiction. This includes name or relevant portions there off (I.E.: no Conan_Brown or Elric_Smith), and the concept of said character (I.E.: Loremaster who is afraid of snakes, uses a whip and goes around investigating ancient ruins).
